Two bogeys and a double all week - that shows how well I'm playing
Chris Wood signed for his best round of the week to finish just outside the top ten at the Lyoness Open.
Wood carded a bogey-free, four under par 68 on the final day at Diamond Country Club to finish tied 12th on ten under.
Making just two bogeys and one double-bogey across four days of play in Austria, Wood secured his third highest finish of the season.
"Two bogeys and a double all week," he wrote on Twitter. "That shows how well I'm playing."
Romain Wattel also shot a 68, making five birdies and an eagle in the process. He was joined in tied 18th on seven under by Gregory Bourdy.
Danny Denison was just outside the top 30 on four under, while Ross McGowan was poised one shot behind in tied 40th following a one under final round.
Charl Schwartzel carded a one under 69 in his RBC Canadian Open third round and is two under for the tournament.
At the English Challenge, Espen Kofstad is tied fifth on 11 under following a five under 67 third round. He is three shots off the leader.
Matthew Nixon carded a three under 68 to go tied seventh on ten under, while Nick Dougherty is two shots behind in tied 11th.
Peter Uihlein is tied 16th on six under and Simon Wakefield is inside the top 40 on two under.
