Tommy Fleetwood, who became the youngest ever winner of the Challenge Tour Rankings in 2011, is to be represented by International Sports Management.
The 21-year-old Englishman secured his place on the 2012 European Tour Race to Dubai after winning his first Challenge Tour title, the Kazakhstan Open, in September 2011.
"ISM has a superb track record in guiding players through their careers and I’m delighted to be joining such a world-renowned stable," said Fleetwood, who finished tied fifth at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship in October last year.
"I’m very pleased Tommy is joining us," said ISM managing director, Andrew ‘Chubby’ Chandler. "He has made impressive strides in his career so far and I believe he can go on to achieve great things in the game."
Fleetwood, the 2010 English Amateur Championship winner, was ranked number one in the World Amateur Rankings when he turned professional in August that year.
