Len was six when his father Louis encouraged him to take up golf. But it wasn't until high school that Len began to elevate his game, eventually becoming the #1 ranked player in Junior Golf. His skill and fortitude earned Len a scholarship to Wake Forest where he was a two time All-American and key member of the 1986 NCAA National Championship team.
After turning pro in 1990, Len has enjoyed a successful career highlighted by two PGA Tour wins in 2002 (Nissan Open and FedEx/St. Jude Classic) and a dramatic, runner up finish at the Masters. A violent skiing accident threatened to end his career in 2003. But Len's drive and love of the game enabled him to fight his way back to form.
Len is currently committed himself to play on the Nationwide Tour for the 2009 season, but the goal and challenge ahead is to work his way back up the ladder, get his card and get back to playing 28-34 PGA Tour events a year.
